Prepare the roll sauce first. Put mayonnaise and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Peel the egg and grate. Chop the peeled cloves of garlic in a garlic bowl. Transfer the egg and garlic to the sauce, add black pepper and stir the sauce with a spoon.

Unfold a sheet of pita bread on the countertop and spread it evenly with the prepared sauce.
