Chopped turkey cutlets

Chops made from minced turkey meat, preferably chilled rather than frozen, are always tasty and differ from minced meat cutlets. Since the minced meat does not have a smooth texture, “sticky” ingredients are added to the cutlets. For a special taste of such cutlets, the meat can be sprinkled with salt and spices and placed in the refrigerator overnight to marinate. Chop the meat with a knife or a kitchen hatchet. You can cook chopped cutlets in a frying pan, in a slow cooker, and in an oven - as you like.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 9
Cut (chop) the washed and dried turkey meat into small pieces in any way and place in a bowl for kneading the minced meat.
step 2 out of 9
Peel the onion, chop it into small cubes and fry until transparent in heated vegetable oil. Peel and chop the chives. Transfer the fried onions and garlic to the minced meat.
step 3 out of 9
Break the eggs into a separate bowl.
step 4 out of 9
Add to them the amount of flour and mayonnaise indicated in the recipe.
step 5 out of 9
Stir these ingredients with a fork until smooth.
step 6 out of 9
Add finely chopped herbs, salt and black pepper to the minced meat to your liking and pour into the prepared flour mixture.
step 7 out of 9
Spoon all these ingredients well.
step 8 out of 9
Heat the oil well in a skillet. Spoon the prepared minced meat into a frying pan in the form of rounded thick cakes. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown. Then put them in a small saucepan, add some water, put a piece of butter and simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
step 9 out of 9
Transfer the cooked chopped turkey cutlets to portioned plates and serve.

Bon Appetit!
