A simple recipe for making chicken breast cutlets in a pan. Many will think that cutlets from such meat will turn out to be dry, but for juiciness, mayonnaise is prudently included here.

Wash the chicken breast, separate the fillet from the bones and skin. Cut the fillets into small cubes.

Combine meat with flour, mayonnaise and eggs, salt and season to taste. You will get a fairly liquid mass, put the workpiece in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes and then immediately start cooking.

Heat the sunflower oil in a frying pan, put the minced meat on it with a tablespoon, forming round cutlets. Fry them on both sides for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
