Roll for with a light hint of garlic. Grind the fragrant clove and distribute it over the filled filling. Thanks to such an "invisible" layer, garlic gives a delicate unobtrusive piquancy. By the way, the amount of garlic can be adjusted according to your own taste, because someone may like the spicier version of the roll. For the filling, we recommend using some cucumber and pickled bell peppers along with the crab sticks to add juiciness and crunchy texture.

We lay out a sheet of pita bread on a flat surface and smooth it with our hands. Grate hard cheese with large holes. We mix cheese shavings with a small amount of mayonnaise and grease a sheet of pita bread with the resulting mass. We also additionally apply a thin mayonnaise mesh on top.

We wash the cucumber, dry it and cut off the ends on both sides. Cut the vegetable into translucent longitudinal slices. We release the crab sticks from the packaging and cut them into longitudinal thin slices. We put crab sticks interspersed with cucumber on top of the mayonnaise net.

Boil the egg hard-boiled, fill it with cold water and cool completely. We clean it from the shell and rub it on a coarse grater.

Lightly dry the pickled peppers and cut into thin strips. We lay them out between cucumbers and crab sticks. Sprinkle with grated boiled egg on top. Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press. Apply the resulting gruel over the filling with light touches. Again we make a mayonnaise grid on top.

We form a roll by folding it on one side and pressing it tightly with our fingers. We wrap the resulting workpiece with cling film or foil and place in the refrigerator. Let the roll soak for at least one hour.

By the time of serving, we take the roll out of the refrigerator, cut it across into small pieces and place them on a serving dish. Decorate with fresh parsley and serve.
