By the way, the amount of garlic can be adjusted according to your own taste, because someone may like the spicier version of the roll. For the filling, we recommend using some cucumber and pickled bell peppers along with the crab sticks to add juiciness and crunchy texture.

Lightly dry the pickled peppers and cut into thin strips. We lay them out between cucumbers and crab sticks. Sprinkle with grated boiled egg on top. Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press.
