Crab sticks are ideal for filling into pita bread. They give a recognizable rich taste and go well with herbs and vegetables. In addition, such a filling is quite budgetary. For the roll, we use thin Armenian lavash, which can be bought at any store. To make the finished snack soft and convenient to eat, after forming it is worth sending it to the refrigerator for soaking. It is convenient to do this at night, and in the morning you will already have a ready-made breakfast, which only remains to be cut into pieces.

We spread the lavash on the surface of the table and level it with our hands. Put the processed cheese on top and spread it in a thin layer over the entire area. Rinse the green lettuce leaves and dry them on a towel. We lay the leaves in the form of a strip on one side of the pita bread.

Pre-boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel them. We rub them on a coarse grater or chop them with a knife into small cubes. Pour chopped eggs along the lettuce leaves in the form of a strip.

We release the crab sticks from the packaging. We unfold each stick into an initial thin layer. This is quite easy to do if you evenly separate the longitudinal edge of the last layer of the stick. We overlap the resulting layers after boiled eggs, as shown in the photo.

Wash the cucumber, dry it, cut off the ends on both sides. Cut the fruit into translucent longitudinal slices. It is convenient for this to use a knife for peeling vegetables with a slot. Place the cucumber slices next to the unrolled crab sticks.

We fold the roll, starting from the edge where the green lettuce leaves are laid. We try to form the roll tightly, without voids, so that the snack later has a beautiful even cut. We place the cooked roll in the refrigerator and let it soak for several hours.
