Lavash roll with red fish, melted cheese and cucumber

A delicious roll that can be quickly and easily prepared in any kitchen. We choose lavash exactly thin, red fish - weak or strong salting, according to personal preferences. Cucumbers are needed fresh, strong, crunchy. Greens can be any: dill, green onions. In this recipe, we settled on the latter. The processed cheese should be soft so that it is convenient to distribute it over the pita bread. If the cheese is hard, you can microwave it a little and mix with a little mayonnaise.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
We wash the green onions, dry them and cut them with a knife into small transverse pieces. We lay out the sheets of pita bread on the table surface. Lubricate each with melted cheese, trying to make an even layer. Do not forget to coat the edges so that they "stick together" well during the subsequent formation of the roll. Sprinkle a layer of melted cheese with chopped green onions over the entire area.
step 2 out of 4
Cut the salted red fish into thin transverse slices. We lay them out on one side of each sheet, as shown in the photo.
step 3 out of 4
Wash the cucumbers, dry them and cut off the ends on both sides. We cut the fruits into cross-slanting circles, no more than two millimeters thick. We overlap the slices of cucumber on the red fish along each of the sheets of pita bread.
step 4 out of 4
We form a roll. On the side where the pieces of red fish are laid, we begin to roll up the pita bread. We do this along the spread out filling. We try to press the layers as tightly as possible so that the finished roll keeps its shape well. We form two rolls in this way. We put them in the refrigerator and let them soak for an hour or two. Then cut the appetizer into transverse pieces of the desired thickness and lay out on a serving plate. Ready!

Bon Appetit!
