I want to share an incredibly tasty recipe for a cold appetizer, which I often cook for various celebrations and feasts. A roll with canned fish, cheese and eggs, made from lavash, turns out to be tender and well-soaked. The appetizer will decorate the festive table and instantly disappear from the table, so prepare a double portion at once.

Boil chicken eggs in salted water, cool, peel and grate.

Also grate the required amount of processed cheese on a fine grater.

Place the required amount of mayonnaise in a small bowl. Peel the garlic, rinse under water and finely chop with a knife or pass it through a press. Stir the sauce thoroughly until smooth.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.

Using a can opener, open a can of canned fish, place it in a small bowl and mash it well with a fork.

Take the required amount of Armenian lavash.
