There are a lot of options for filling for pita rolls. Still, after all, the flight of imagination is limited only by taste preferences, and they, as you know, are completely different for everyone. For the filling of this roll, we suggest using eggs, cucumber, cheese, garlic and bell pepper. A delicate creamy base and a crispy vegetable component can be guessed just from the list of ingredients. Lavash complements the filling with a neutral bread flavor. To make the roll more tender and cut well, be sure to let it soak a little in the refrigerator.

Preparing the ingredients for the filling. Rinse and dry the cucumber and bell pepper. Cut out the stalk of the pepper and remove the seeds. Cut off the tips of the cucumber on both sides. Cut the pepper into thin strips, the cucumber - translucent longitudinal plates. We wash the green onions, dry them and chop them with a knife. Pass the garlic through a press. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater, boiled eggs - cut into small cubes.

Spread a sheet of pita bread on the table surface. Lubricate it with melted cheese. It is convenient to do this with a culinary spatula. Do not forget to coat the edges of the pita bread well, so that later all the layers are well bonded to each other. On top of the cheese, thinly distribute the garlic gruel.

Put the filling in longitudinal stripes on greased pita bread, as shown in the photo. First, there are cucumber slices, then strips of pepper, then chopped eggs, hard cheese and chopped green onions. Finish with the remaining pieces of cucumber and bell pepper strips.
