Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 10
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the canned fish rolls.
step 2 out of 10
Use a can opener to open a can of canned smoked saury or any other canned fish. Put it in a bowl and mash it well with a fork.
step 3 out of 10
Boil the required amount of chicken eggs in salted water. Then cool them in cold water and peel them. Grate the peeled chicken eggs on a coarse grater.
step 4 out of 10
Measure out the required amount of mayonnaise. Peel the garlic, rinse under water and chop finely with a knife or pass it through a press and mix thoroughly until smooth.
step 5 out of 10
Cut a sheet of Armenian lavash in half, put it on a clean work surface of the kitchen table, and then brush it with the prepared sauce, evenly spreading it over the entire surface of the lavash using a silicone spatula. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes and place on top of the sauce.
step 6 out of 10
Cover with the second half of the pita bread, brush a little with sauce, and spread the chopped canned food on top.
step 7 out of 10
Put a sheet of pita bread on top, brush with the remaining sauce, evenly distributing it over the entire surface of the pita bread, and sprinkle with chopped chicken eggs.
step 8 out of 10
Roll up the roll as tightly as possible.
step 9 out of 10
Then wrap the roll in plastic wrap, plastic bag or foil and soak in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
step 10 out of 10
Then cut the roll into portions. Put the tender pita rolls with canned fish on a serving platter and serve.

Enjoy an incredibly tasty and juicy snack!
