Fish hodgepodge in a frying pan is prepared when you need to feed someone quickly or guests unexpectedly come. Any fish that does not contain many seeds is suitable for her. The ingredients and cooking method for such a hodgepodge differ a lot from classic recipes and a big plus for it is that you only need 30 minutes to cook.

Peel the hake carcass, rinse and boil until tender in 500 ml of clean water. Then remove it from the broth, separate the meat from the bone and divide it into small pieces with a fork. Leave the fish broth.
