We clean the mushrooms and rinse well under warm running water. Then we cut them into large pieces of arbitrary shape.

Peel the onions, rinse and chop them into small cubes. If the bulb is large, one is sufficient.

Put the chopped onion in a preheated deep frying pan with melted butter and fry until golden brown for 3-4 minutes. Then we send the mushrooms to the pan, mix and fry over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, remembering to stir frequently so that they do not burn in the pan. During the cooking process, the mushrooms will secrete juice, which will evaporate; it should not be drained.

Peel the potatoes, rinse them in cold water and chop them into small strips.

We send the chopped potatoes to the pan with mushrooms and onions, add vegetable oil, mix and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then add sour cream, potato spices and salt (if it is not part of the spices), mix and fry until the potatoes are ready for 10-15 minutes.
