Gingerbreads in batter

Ryzhiki, due to their interesting appearance and excellent taste, are deservedly considered one of the best mushrooms. They are suitable for pickling and preparing quick snacks for any occasion. For example, mushrooms in batter are suitable for a festive table.

Peel the mushrooms, rinse under cold water, cut off the tips of the legs. Transfer them to a saucepan, cover with water and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Then drain the water and place the mushrooms on paper towels to dry out the mushrooms.

Pour very cold milk into a bowl, break two eggs, mix these ingredients until smooth.

Put the pan on the fire, heat it well, pour in the sunflower oil. First dip the mushrooms in the milk-egg mixture, then roll in flour, then dip again in the milk-egg mixture and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then send the mushrooms to the pan.
