Today we will be preparing a delicious mushroom snack with wild mushrooms. Ryzhiks marinated in their own juice, which they let during boiling. Herbs and spices add a pleasant fragrant aroma to the mushrooms, you adjust the amount of salt to your taste. To serve mushrooms on the table, it is enough to sprinkle with green or onions and sprinkle with a small amount of vegetable oil.

We clean the mushrooms from litter and put in a large bowl. We rinse them under cool running water. We cut them in half and put them in a deep saucepan. We put on fire and bring to a boil. Drain the first water after boiling, rinse the mushrooms. Pour a small amount of water indicated in the recipe into a saucepan, and during the cooking process, the mushrooms will release a large amount of juice, which will serve as a marinade for their preservation. Bring to a boil again, remove the resulting foam, add spices, peeled onion, cut into 2-4 pieces.

Then add a sprig of dill to the mushrooms, reduce the heat and boil the mushrooms for 25-30 minutes.

We wash the jars for mushrooms with baking soda, rinse well with water and sterilize over steam for 3-5 minutes. Put pepper and bay leaf at the bottom of each jar and add 1 tsp. vegetable oil and vinegar.
