An appetizing combination of courgettes, bell peppers and rice in tomato sauce will give you wonderful moments of pleasure. The billet tastes better than the global brand, although the idea for its recipe came from Uncle Bens and acquired a lot of variations from various ingredients.

Peel the washed zucchini and remove the core with seeds. If the zucchini is young with a delicate skin and barely noticeable cuts, there is no need to clean it. Cut them into medium cubes.

Rinse the pepper, cut the core with seeds and chop it into small squares.

Peel the carrots, rinse and grate coarsely. Remove the husk from the onion and chop finely.

Peel the garlic, rinse and run through a press. Combine it with oil.

Wash hot peppers, cut into thin circles. If you want a sharper harvest, leave the seeds, otherwise, remove them.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for a minute, put them in cold water and peel them off. Twist the tomatoes in a meat grinder.

Transfer all vegetables to a heavy-bottomed saucepan, add tomato puree, season with garlic oil, sprinkle with salt and sugar and stir well. Cook the workpiece over medium heat from boiling for 30 minutes, stirring with a wooden spatula.

Rinse the rice under running water and put it in the vegetables. Make the fire small and extinguish it for another 30 minutes.

5 minutes before cooking, add vinegar and after the set time, distribute the salad among sterile jars. Turn the container over and cover with a blanket until it cools completely for a day.
