Salad with squid, corn, egg, cucumber and onion

As an alternative to heavy meat salads, you are invited to prepare a light and delicious squid salad with corn, eggs, fresh cucumber and onions. These ingredients combine well in taste and the dish is suitable for both a family table and a banquet. It can be beautifully served in tartlets or bowls, or immediately collect salad in portioned salad bowls.

Prepare all the ingredients for the salad first. Boil hard boiled eggs. Thaw the squid carcasses. Rinse the greens and pat dry with a napkin.

Peel the squid from the film and boil in salted water for 2 minutes.

Cool the boiled squid by placing it in cold water.

Wash the cucumber, peel off the peel with a vegetable peeler and chop the cucumber into thin strips. Then transfer it to a salad bowl.
