Rinse the lettuce leaves with cold water, remove excess moisture with a napkin and place them either in a salad bowl or on a flat plate. Place the sliced chicken breast in a heap on the lettuce leaves. Finely grate a piece of Parmesan and sprinkle on the meat. Sprinkle white bread croutons on top of the cheese. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and serve immediately.
