Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We prepare products for making salad. To do this, wash the lettuce leaves in advance and let them dry well or treat them with a paper towel. Thoroughly dry the turkey fillet, pour with one tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, put the garlic passed through a press. Rub the marinade components into the meat with our hands. Let the turkey lie down and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
step 2 out of 6
While the turkey is marinated, tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces with our hands. Cut slices of wheat bread into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with olive oil and bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until a noticeable blush. Pour into a plate in one layer and let cool.
step 3 out of 6
Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and add the turkey fillet. Fry on medium temperature for 4-5 minutes. Turn over to the other side and continue to fry until tender for ten minutes on medium-low temperature. We check that the meat inside is baked, but not overdried.
step 4 out of 6
Remove the turkey fillet from the pan and let it cool slightly so as not to burn yourself. Cut into small slices across the fibers.
step 5 out of 6
Boil quail eggs until firm yolk. We cool them in cold water, peel and cut them into halves. We wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them and also cut them in half.
step 6 out of 6
Put lettuce leaves on portioned plates, and put halves of cherry and quail eggs on top, sprinkle with pine nuts. Cut the parmesan into thin slices using a vegetable peeler and put them in a salad bowl. Place the turkey slices on the surface of the salad. To prepare the dressing, mix natural yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad when serving. Recommended to be served immediately after preparation.
