The Caesar version with turkey will appeal to those who follow the diet. A turkey cooked without excess fat contains a minimum of calories with a lot of nutrients. Fresh salad greens and spicy dressing traditionally form an integral part of Caesar and form its recognizable taste.
Ingredients
Cooking process
We prepare products for making salad. To do this, wash the lettuce leaves in advance and let them dry well or treat them with a paper towel. Thoroughly dry the turkey fillet, pour with one tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, put the garlic passed through a press. Rub the marinade components into the meat with our hands. Let the turkey lie down and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Put lettuce leaves on portioned plates, and put halves of cherry and quail eggs on top, sprinkle with pine nuts. Cut the parmesan into thin slices using a vegetable peeler and put them in a salad bowl. Place the turkey slices on the surface of the salad. To prepare the dressing, mix natural yogurt, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to taste. Pour the resulting sauce over the salad when serving. Recommended to be served immediately after preparation.
Bon Appetit!
