Caesar salad with smoked chicken

If you use smoked chicken to make Caesar, you can add a special, unusual taste to this recognizable salad. The dressing suggested in the recipe makes the salad juicy and savory. And instead of croutons, we suggest experimenting and adding pine nuts.

First of all, we prepare the chicken for making salad. Remove the skin, separate the meat from bones and tendons.
