What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word "Caesar"? As a rule, everyone remembers the delicious salad. This recipe came to us from American cuisine and has confidently settled in the menu of many cafes and restaurants. It is always delicious with chicken or seafood.
Ingredients
Cooking process
Cut off the crust from the white bread and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Pour a small amount of sunflower oil into a preheated pan, fry the garlic on it for 2-3 minutes. Gently spoon the garlic out of the pan with a spoon and put the bread cubes there, fry them until golden brown. Transfer the finished croutons to a plate and cool.
Peel the salmon from the skin and bones, cut into small pieces, put the fish on top of the salad. Also add the shrimp to the ingredients you already have. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and add them to the salad. Sprinkle with grated cheese and croutons. Serve the Caesar salad immediately after cooking so that the croutons do not get wet.
Bon Appetit!
