The famous Caesar salad is overgrown with dozens of variations. Each housewife prepares it in her own way, changing the composition of the ingredients and sauce. The most delicious and bright Caesar is obtained from salted red fish, vegetables and brown croutons.

Cut the loaf into small cubes, place on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown.

Put quail eggs, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender bowl, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon. Whisk the ingredients until smooth. Then, without stopping whisking, add the olive oil. The prepared sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
