Caesar salad with classic red fish

Caesar is an exquisite salad, which, in addition to classic ingredients, is prepared with chicken, red fish or shrimps. This salad always turns out to be light and original, it definitely deserves to be included in your cookbook.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 5
Cut the loaf into cubes, dry them in a pan or in the oven until golden brown. You can use ready-made crackers, but it is better to choose those that do not contain impurities.
step 2 out of 5
Hard boil the eggs, peel them and separate the whites from the yolks. Mash the yolks with a fork, mix them with mustard, lemon juice, grated parmesan and olive oil. Beat the sauce until smooth.
step 3 out of 5
Wash lettuce and tomatoes and pat dry with paper towels. Chop or tear the leaves into large pieces. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.
step 4 out of 5
Cut the salmon into strips. Since the fish is salted, the salad may not be salted.
step 5 out of 5
Place lettuce, tomatoes, salmon fillets and croutons on a flat dish. Pour the prepared sauce over the salad and serve the Caesar.

Bon Appetit!
