Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Let's start by preparing seafood. Fill the frozen squid with boiling water, then clean it - remove the films and entrails. After that, we cut the peeled squids into rings (if desired, in a convenient way for you, you can use strips or cubes).
step 2 out of 8
The shrimp must be defrosted (you can also pour boiling water over them) and peel.
step 3 out of 8
Peel and chop the garlic cloves. We put a frying pan with olive oil on the fire, send the garlic there and fry a little. The oil should absorb the aroma of the garlic. Be careful not to burn the garlic. After frying, remove the garlic from the oil.

Cut the baguette slices into small cubes and also fry in prepared oil until golden brown.

Grind a small amount of cheese on a coarse grater.
step 7 out of 8
Let's move on to preparing the sauce. In a blender bowl, mix the following ingredients - olive oil, anchovies, mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic. Add some salt and pepper as desired. Beat everything until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
step 8 out of 8
All the ingredients are ready, we proceed to the design of the salad. Wash the salad leaves, dry them, tear them with our hands and put them on a dish. Next, lay out the fried seafood and pour the sauce over everything. Then add croutons to the salad and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Caesar with shrimp and squid is ready to eat!
