Caesar salad with shrimps and chicken

Many culinary experts are experimenting with the preparation of Caesar salad. The most successful combination, in our opinion, is chicken and shrimp. These two dietary products are ideally combined with each other and with other salad ingredients.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
Cut the white bread into small cubes. Chop one garlic clove and mix with olive oil, leave for 5-7 minutes. Lay a sheet of parchment paper or foil on a baking sheet, spread bread cubes on it, brush them with garlic oil and put in the oven to dry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
step 2 out of 8
Rinse fresh shrimp and boil with spices and lemon. Shrimps are boiled for about 3-5 minutes.
step 3 out of 8
Boil chicken fillet with salt and spices or bake in the oven in foil. Cut the finished meat into small strips.
step 4 out of 8
Grate Parmesan on a coarse grater.
step 5 out of 8
Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half. If you are using larger vegetables, cut them into smaller pieces.
step 6 out of 8
Rinse lettuce leaves under cold water and leave on paper towels to drain the liquid. Then tear them with your hands, not too finely.
step 7 out of 8
Refuel. Combine yogurt, one minced clove of garlic, mustard, one tablespoon of olive oil and a tablespoon of lemon juice, add salt to taste and season.
step 8 out of 8
In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients and the dressing. Or you can serve the salad in a more original way, put lettuce leaves on a large dish, spread chicken pieces, shrimps, tomatoes and crackers on them in a chaotic manner, sprinkle with cheese on top and pour with dressing.

Bon Appetit!
