Put the pre-peeled and cut shrimp in hot oil. Add the peeled and crushed garlic cloves to the shrimp. Fry shrimp with garlic for three to four minutes, add salt to taste. We remove the frying pan from the stove, put the shrimp on a separate plate, take out the garlic cloves - they have fulfilled their aromatizing function and are no longer needed.
Cut the white bread slices into small cubes. If the crust is too coarse, it is best to cut it off. Pour cubes of white bread into a dry frying pan and place on the stove. Fry the cubes at medium temperature until they are lightly browned. Sprinkle the croutons with dried garlic, salt and ground pepper.
