Caesar salad with shrimps and mayonnaise

Who doesn't love Caesar salad? If there are unlovers, then there are few of them. And for lovers of this dish, we recommend the version with shrimps - very tasty and unbeatable. Fragrant shrimps cooked in butter with garlic add spicy tenderness to the salad.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 8
To prepare the salad, boil hard-boiled quail eggs. Cool the eggs completely in cold water and peel them. Cut each egg into two halves.
step 2 out of 8
We wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them and cut each into two parts.
step 3 out of 8
We put the pan on the stove and put the butter on it. You can also use coconut oil for frying.
step 4 out of 8
Put the pre-peeled and cut shrimp in hot oil. Add the peeled and crushed garlic cloves to the shrimp. Fry shrimp with garlic for three to four minutes, add salt to taste. We remove the frying pan from the stove, put the shrimp on a separate plate, take out the garlic cloves - they have fulfilled their aromatizing function and are no longer needed.
step 5 out of 8
Cut the white bread slices into small cubes. If the crust is too coarse, it is best to cut it off. Pour cubes of white bread into a dry frying pan and place on the stove. Fry the cubes at medium temperature until they are lightly browned. Sprinkle the croutons with dried garlic, salt and ground pepper.
step 6 out of 8
Put the salad mixture immediately on portioned plates. Pour mayonnaise with a spoon.
step 7 out of 8
Then lay out the halves of cherry tomatoes and quail eggs. Place the shrimp on top.
step 8 out of 8
Pour mayonnaise on top again. Sprinkle the salad with croutons and grated Parmesan. Recommended to be served immediately after preparation.

Bon Appetit!
