Caesar with shrimp has been gaining popularity lately and is becoming as popular as the classic version of this salad. The dish prepared according to this recipe turns out to be light, spicy, hearty and original. Caesar with shrimps and cherry tomatoes will bring refinement and sophistication to the festive table.

In a separate container, mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a garlic clove passed through a press. Then you have two options: leave the oil to infuse for half an hour, or you can send this mixture to the microwave for about 30 seconds. When heated, the olive oil will quickly absorb the garlic aroma. After that, the garlic must be removed from the oil.
Let's prepare a salad dressing. Rub a clove of garlic on a fine grater (you can also pass it through a press). Grind the anchovy fillet with a fork into a homogeneous paste. We send the yolk into a convenient container, add lemon juice, a whisper of salt and a little pepper to it. We begin to beat everything, gradually introducing 2 tablespoons of olive oil. When the whipped mass resembles mayonnaise in consistency, add prepared garlic and anchovy fillets to it. We mix everything. Try the dressing, it should be sour and have a piquant taste.
