We mix olive oil, lemon juice, honey (it is better to use liquid), a little salt and seafood spices (optional). Place the shrimps in the marinade for 20-25 minutes.

Next, we prepare Beijing cabbage. To do this, wash the leaves, and then remove moisture from them with kitchen towels. Then put the olive oil, egg yolk, mustard and lemon juice into the mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients until smooth. As soon as the sauce begins to thicken, add balsamic vinegar, Provencal herbs and salt, pepper to taste.
