Let's start cooking salad with crackers. We take slices of white bread, cut them into small cubes (about 1 cm by 1 cm). Peel the clove of garlic and cut into slices. Put the pan on the fire, pour a little olive oil into it, send chopped garlic and bread cubes there. Fry croutons until golden brown.
