Caesar salad with chicken and shrimps

Original Caesar salad with the addition of not only chicken, but also shrimp. It is dressed with a sauce made from natural yoghurt, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil.

To prepare croutons, mix 2 tbsp. l olive oil and 1.5 cloves of garlic, squeezed through a press or chopped with a knife. Let stand for about 5 minutes.

Cut the bread or loaf into small cubes, put on a baking sheet covered with foil. Sprinkle the loaf with a mixture of oil and garlic, send to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. until golden brown appears.

If the shrimp are fresh, boil them with seafood spices and lemon. If the shrimps are already ready, then they need to be thawed and dried. Add 1 tbsp to them. l. lemon juice, a little seasoning and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

Wash the chicken fillet and cook in any way: boil, fry or bake. You can soak chicken in 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, then quickly fry in a pan. Cool the chicken, cut into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut the washed cherry in half, cut especially large pieces into 4 parts.

Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Tear them with your hands in medium pieces.

For dressing, mix plain yogurt, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, one minced garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper.

To collect the salad: put the lettuce leaves on plates, put all the prepared ingredients on top and pour over the prepared dressing. Sprinkle with croutons at the end.
