A nutritious, very satisfying salad with juicy chicken can be made at home. Its main highlight is a dressing based on olive oil, lemon juice and Worcester sauce. This salad tastes like a real chef's dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and chopped garlic cloves. We will leave part of this mixture for dressing, the rest we will use for making crackers.
