Caesar salad with chicken and croutons is the most common type of salad that can be found in almost any restaurant. Each chef prepares a salad according to his own signature recipe. The main distinguishing feature of Caesar salad is its dressing.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. If you have capers, chop them into small pieces. If there are no capers, you can do without them.

Remove the chicken egg from the refrigerator in advance. Boil water. Place the chicken egg in a small container and cover with boiling water. After one minute, take out the egg and cover with cold water.

After 15 minutes, break the chicken egg into a deep container in which you will prepare the dressing. Grate 20 grams of Parmesan on a fine grater. Add lemon juice and mustard, salt, add a little granulated sugar, Worcestershire sauce, if you have chopped capers and garlic. Mix everything well with an immersion blender and add olive oil, mix again.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running water, dry with paper towels. Pour some vegetable oil into the pan, put the chicken, salt and pepper. Fry for a few minutes on each side. The meat should remain juicy.

Put the finished chicken meat on a plate and brush with the prepared dressing using a cooking brush. Cool and cut into thin strips.

Rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly, dry and tear with your hands into small pieces. Boil quail eggs, cool and peel, cut in half, wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Cut the white bread or loaf into small cubes, heat the pan, add a small amount of vegetable oil, add the bread and dry the croutons.

Pour the dressing into a smaller bowl. Put the lettuce leaves in the container in which the dressing was prepared, mix. Put the salad on a common dish: lettuce, chicken fillet, lettuce, chicken fillet, halves of cherry tomatoes and quail eggs, spread over the salad, garnish with crispy croutons on top. Serve the dressing separately.
