Caesar salad with salmon

Caesar salad is a widespread dish that can often be found on the menus of restaurants and cafes. In each institution, this salad is prepared according to its own signature recipe. I once had a chance to try Caesar salad with salmon. The combination of products seemed ideal for me, now I cook this "Caesar" myself at home.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
Cut the white bread or loaf into small cubes. It is not necessary to cut off the crusts. Preheat the pan well. Brush with a little olive oil. Peel the garlic and place in a pan, fry for a few minutes. Remove the fried garlic from the pan, add the sliced bread, reduce heat and dry the croutons.
step 2 out of 4
Cook the chicken eggs hard-boiled for 10 minutes. Transfer to cold water, peel. Cut in half, remove yolks. Put in a deep bowl, mash, add mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil. Take a mixer and at medium speed bring the mass to the consistency of mayonnaise.
step 3 out of 4
Soak the lettuce leaves in cold water for about an hour to keep the leaves crisp. Drain water, dry lettuce leaves. Tear it into medium-sized pieces with your hands, place on a plate, and pour generously with the dressing. Cut the salmon into small cubes, after separating the bones and skin. Place on salad. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half, put on salad.
step 4 out of 4
Top with crispy croutons and finely grated Parmesan. Serve immediately to prevent the croutons from getting wet.

Bon Appetit!
