Caesar salad is a widespread dish that can often be found on the menus of restaurants and cafes. In each institution, this salad is prepared according to its own signature recipe. I once had a chance to try Caesar salad with salmon. The combination of products seemed ideal for me, now I cook this "Caesar" myself at home.

Soak the lettuce leaves in cold water for about an hour to keep the leaves crisp. Drain water, dry lettuce leaves. Tear it into medium-sized pieces with your hands, place on a plate, and pour generously with the dressing. Cut the salmon into small cubes, after separating the bones and skin. Place on salad. Wash cherry tomatoes, cut in half, put on salad.
