Everything has its own classics, especially when it comes to such a famous dish as Caesar salad. Although initially chicken was present in the salad recipe, gradually, through trials and experiments, it was replaced by fillet of slightly salted salmon and gained a huge number of fans. Therefore, today it is so often when choosing between white meat and fish, preference is given to the second option.
