Caesar salad with salted red fish

Caesar salad is as famous as Olivier. It can be found on the menu of any restaurant and cafe. It is often prepared by housewives for a holiday, the version of a salad with salted red fish looks especially beautiful.

Cut the crust from slices of bread and cut the flesh into cubes. Pour olive oil into a preheated pan, add chopped garlic, fry it for 2-3 minutes and remove from the pan. Then lay out the bread cubes and fry until golden brown.
