The salad is much tastier with homemade croutons. The dressing with Worcestershire sauce and anchovies lends a unique classic flavor to this light, cold dish. Cut the baguette into cubes. Pour the oil into a hot skillet and fry the pieces of baguette over high heat, turning constantly. Salt a little while browning the croutons.

Rinse and dry the chicken. If the fillet is large, cut it in half lengthwise. Pour the oil over a skillet and transfer the fillets into it and fry on both sides. Check the readiness in the thickest part of the meat by piercing it with a knife, it should be white and let clear juice. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.

Pour the egg with boiling water for 1 minute, then place it in cold water. Break the cooled egg into a bowl, add chopped garlic and squeeze out 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice. Top up with butter, mustard, sauce and diced anchovies. Whisk the sauce well with a hand blender.

Wash the salad, dry it a little and put the leaves on a flat dish, covering the bottom. Cut the chicken into large thin slices and spread evenly.

Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and place between the chicken pieces. Put the croutons in the salad.

Slice thin translucent slices of cheese and lay randomly over the surface of the salad. Pour the dressing over the sauce.
