Caesar salad with egg and chicken

This chicken caesar recipe doesn't have an abundance of greasy sauce. At the end, a poached egg is laid out on the salad, which, when mixed with other components of the dish, acts as a sauce. In addition, the caesar is seasoned with lemon juice and a drop of Worcester sauce.

Wash the cabbage, shake off the water and tear it by hand in large pieces. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Mix.

Add the leeks, chopped into rings, and the washed cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

Salt the fillet, sprinkle with spices, grate with a clove of garlic squeezed through a press. Fry the chicken in a skillet without oil for about 3 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and simmer for another 2 minutes. over low heat. Cool the meat and cut into thin slices.

For crackers, cut the loaf into small cubes, fry in a dry frying pan, add olive oil mixed with grated garlic to them.

Boil water in a saucepan, add a little salt there, 1 tbsp. l. vinegar. Break the quail egg into a bowl. Stir the water with a tablespoon until a funnel appears in it. Pour the egg into this funnel and cook for 1 minute. Put poached eggs on top of the salad, sprinkle with fried nuts.

Before serving, cut the eggs with a knife to drain the yolk. It will be mixed with lemon juice, olive oil, you get a ready-made sauce. Serve the salad immediately.
