Put quail and chicken eggs in salted water and put on fire. Chicken - take out 1.5 minutes after boiling and immerse in cold water. Quail - Cook for 4.5 minutes and chill too. Grate the hard cheese finely and put in a bowl. Peel the garlic, cut into pieces and place in the cheese. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl, they will be soft-boiled.
Chop the breast fillet into thin slices across the grain and spread over the herbs. Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices and place on the meat. Finely grate the Parmesan and sprinkle on the salad.
