Caesar salad in layers

One of the options for making caesar with Chinese cabbage, quail eggs and oyster sauce. Lay it out in layers and season with sauce on top, and stir it or enjoy individual ingredients in turn - everyone will decide for himself in his own plate.

Rinse the chicken fillet and dip in boiling water. After boiling, remove the foam, heat low and cook the meat for 25 minutes. Pour in 1 tbsp. l. salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Transfer the meat to a cooling plate.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Cut the loaf into cubes, trim off the coarse crusts, and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and salt a little. Cook the croutons for about 4 minutes, turning over in periods. Remove and transfer to a separate bowl.
