Caesar salad at home

Caesar salad is easy to prepare and will decorate any festive table. The set of products for "Caesar" is always standard, but the dressing may be different for each housewife. In this recipe, we suggest preparing a dressing using capers and anchovies - these are strong accents that will largely determine the taste of the finished salad.

Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 4
To prepare the salad, first prepare the chicken fillet. We dry it and cut into small oblong pieces. In a skillet, heat the olive oil until hot and lay out the chicken pieces. While stirring, fry the chicken until tender. In the process, add salt and black pepper. Towards the end of frying, add wine and evaporate most of the liquid.
step 2 out of 4
To prepare the dressing in a chopper bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, natural yoghurt, marque and anchovy fillets. Close the bowl with a lid and grind until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. It is worth noting that from the specified amount of products, a sauce is obtained for ten servings of salad. For a serving of salad, six tablespoons of sauce are enough. Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for up to a week.
step 3 out of 4
We wash and dry the salad. We tear the leaves into smaller pieces with our hands. Put the romaine in a salad bowl, add the fried chicken and sauce. We mix everything so that the sauce envelops each piece.
step 4 out of 4
On top of the salad we put croutons, cherry tomatoes cut into halves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. It is recommended to serve the salad immediately after preparation.

Bon Appetit!
