Donskoy salad without sterilization

Experienced housewives prepare various snacks and winter salads for future use. I want to share a simple salad recipe without sterilization. Such a salad, prepared in this way, turns out to be fragrant and very tasty. A bright appetizer will suit any festive table.

Wash green or brown tomatoes and bell peppers thoroughly. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, after removing the stalk. Chop the bell pepper finely, removing the core with the seeds. Onions can be used onions or red. Peel the onion, rinse under cold water, cut into thin half rings or feathers.

Put the prepared ingredients in a saucepan with a thick bottom, and then add the required amount of granulated sugar and salt.

Mix thoroughly, then add the required amount of vegetable oil. Cover and let sit for about 30 minutes to release the juice.

Simmer vegetables for about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cut hot peppers into rings, after washing it, remove the seeds if desired and send them to the vegetables.
