A delicious and juicy salad made from simple and affordable ingredients, which will definitely decorate any festive meal or family dinner. It is very easy to prepare such a salad, and long-term storage will provide you with this fragrant snack all year round.

Chop the cabbage into thin strips, add a little salt and mix thoroughly. Leave the cabbage to let the juice sit for about 20 minutes.

Rinse and dry the cucumbers thoroughly, and then cut them into slices.
