The main products in the procurement are courgettes, bell peppers and fleshy salad varieties of tomatoes. During conservation, the vegetable pieces are soaked in each other's juices and create a new unique flavor for the salad.

Wash the peppers and cut them into medium-sized cubes, after removing the seed box. Place the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and place on the stove. Add sugar and salt, mix gently. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the zucchini and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil and stir. Bring to a boil, cook for about 30 minutes. In 15 min. put chopped garlic before cooking. Interfere again. In 2 min. until the end of cooking, pour in vinegar, cover with a lid. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
