Danube salad with zucchini for the winter

The main products in the procurement are courgettes, bell peppers and fleshy salad varieties of tomatoes. During conservation, the vegetable pieces are soaked in each other's juices and create a new unique flavor for the salad.

Cut the zucchini into cubes, after removing the skin and seeds, if the zucchini is already overripe.

Cut the washed tomatoes into medium cubes.

Wash the peppers and cut them into medium-sized cubes, after removing the seed box. Place the chopped tomatoes in a saucepan and place on the stove. Add sugar and salt, mix gently. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then add the zucchini and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil and stir. Bring to a boil, cook for about 30 minutes. In 15 min. put chopped garlic before cooking. Interfere again. In 2 min. until the end of cooking, pour in vinegar, cover with a lid. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Pour immediately into sterilized jars, seal with sterile lids. Immediately turn the jars over to the lids, cover with an old blanket and let them slowly come to room temperature, which usually takes about a day.
