Ingredients

Cooking process

step 1 out of 6
We wash the cabbage, cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes and put them on a kitchen towel so that they dry out a little. Then chop the cabbage into thin slices, peel the peppers from the stalks and seeds and cut into thin strips. We spread the vegetables in the multicooker bowl.
step 2 out of 6
Peel and rinse the onions. Shred in thin half rings. Peel the carrots, rinse and grate for carrots in Korean. Chop the chili pepper into thin strips.
step 3 out of 6
Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the stalks and cut into thin half rings. We also chop the cucumbers into thin half rings. We put all the chopped vegetables in the multicooker bowl.
step 4 out of 6
Add sugar, salt and spices, vinegar and vegetable oil to vegetables, mix well and leave at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours. Do not forget to stir the salad from time to time so that it marinates evenly.
step 5 out of 6
After the vegetables have been marinated in marinade and their own juice, turn on the multicooker to the "Stew" mode for 30 minutes and press the "Start" button. Do not forget to periodically stir vegetables during cooking.
step 6 out of 6
After the sound signal, open the multicooker bowl and lay out the ready-made hot salad in sterilized jars and tighten it tightly with boiled lids. We turn the cans upside down and leave until they cool completely under a warm blanket. Then we remove the salad for storage in a dark place.
