Funchoza in Korean is a spicy dish with a rich variety of tasty and healthy vegetables that will appeal to lovers of Asian cuisine. The dish is simple and easy to prepare, it will not take much of your time.

Place the funchoza in pre-prepared boiling water for 5-7 minutes, then drain it through a sieve or colander, and rinse with drinking water.

Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel with a vegetable peeler, grate on a Korean carrot grater or chop into thin strips with a sharp knife. Wash cucumbers, dry and cut into thin strips. Wash the bell peppers of different colors, remove the core with seeds and cut into thin slices.

Preheat the skillet well and, stirring constantly, fry the sesame seeds until golden brown.
