Bell peppers go well with zucchini. If both of these vegetables are flavored with tomato sauce, then the preparation for the winter will exceed all expectations. An appetizing bright salad of zucchini and bell pepper will delight not only your stomach, but also your eyes.

Then add the pepper with chopped onion, boil the mixture for about ten minutes.
Lastly, add tomatoes to the container with the future harvesting, then mark twenty minutes and prepare the jars for harvesting during this time. Ten minutes before the end of cooking, add vinegar to the salad bowl.
