Delicious zucchini with a zesty spice with tomatoes will diversify your seals from a healthy, fruitful vegetable. Salad sterilization is not required, which will save you a lot of time. Such a salad is an absolutely complete appetizer that can be eaten simply by putting it on a slice of bread.

Wash the zucchini and trim off the tails and coarse growths. Cut the vegetable into cubes.

Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for a minute, remove the skin and chop into cubes. Transfer the tomatoes to a preheated saucepan with oil, simmer for a couple of minutes and add the zucchini, chopped onions, peeled and chopped carrots, mix.

Add sugar, salt and a little water. Simmer vegetables over low heat for 30 minutes.
