Zucchini salad with walnuts

Absolutely non-standard version of zucchini salad can surprise your household with its taste. This appetizer will dilute your usual dishes from the everyday menu.

Wash and dry the zucchini and herbs. If necessary, peel the zucchini from the hard rind and core with seeds. Cut the pulp into small cubes, transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with salt, stir and set aside for 10 minutes.

Dry the walnut kernels in a pan, then chop them finely with a knife. Chop the greens. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Combine herbs, nuts, garlic and spices in a bowl.

Fry the zucchini in a little sunflower oil. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a bowl with the nut-and-garlic dressing.
