Zucchini salad with rice for the winter without sterilization

This salad is the go-to snack for any emergency. It may well be eaten as an independent full-fledged dish or it can show off a bright salad on your table.

Peel the onions and garlic and rinse under running water. Wash the courgettes thoroughly and cut off the rind. If necessary, remove the seeds and core. Chop the onion finely. Pour oil into a saucepan and add zucchini and rice. Use any rice: long grain or round.

Dissolve the tomato paste in water and add to the saucepan with the rest of the ingredients.

Pour salt and sugar into the workpiece and put the pan on the fire. After boiling, reduce the heat to low and cook the piece, stirring with a wooden spoon for 25 minutes.
