Zucchini salad with mushrooms

The combination of zucchini and mushrooms is rarely found in preparations for the winter. However, this does not mean that the duet of zucchini and champignons is not worthy of attention. The salad made from these ingredients is very tasty and aromatic. Another plus of this salad is the simplicity and speed of preparation.

The champignons must be washed, the legs must be cut off. Then cut the mushrooms into small wedges.

We thoroughly rinse the zucchini under running water, cut off the tips on both sides. Cut the fruits themselves into neat cubes.

Carrots should be peeled, rinsed in water and grated on a coarse grater. We clean the cloves of garlic and pass them through a press.

The prepared ingredients - zucchini, mushrooms, carrots and garlic - are transferred to a saucepan of a suitable size.

Season vegetables and mushrooms with granulated sugar, salt and ground pepper.

Next, pour vegetable oil into the pan to the rest of the salad components. We mix everything qualitatively and put on fire. Simmer for 30-40 minutes.
