Did you know that you can make an insanely delicious salad from young zucchini? They go well with fresh tomatoes. Add a little lemon juice, fresh herbs, olive oil and spices - and you have a real masterpiece on your table! The main rule is to let the vegetables brew a little and soak in spices, garlic and oil. So, let's begin!

For the preparation of the salad, we select only young zucchini. We wash the zucchini, remove the stalk and peel it. Then, using a vegetable peeler, cut the zucchini into thin slices.

We wash the tomatoes, put them on a towel so that they dry out a little and cut them into large cubes. Add the tomatoes to the zucchini bowl, add salt, mix and leave for 10-15 minutes to let the vegetables juice.

In a small container, mix olive oil, sugar, black pepper, garlic passed through a press and lemon juice. We mix all the ingredients.
