An appetizing zucchini salad in tomato sauce is very easy to prepare, and then pleases all winter with its fresh and rich taste. It is better to open this blank for testing no earlier than a couple of weeks after seaming.

In a large saucepan, pour the tomato sauce, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper and oil. Bring the sauce in a saucepan to a simmer over medium heat.
