Fried zucchini salad is a dish that is simple in composition and method of preparation, but despite this it has an unusual taste. Such a salad will perfectly fit into the everyday menu of those who are not embarrassed by the presence of mayonnaise in the composition. In order to make the salad as tender as possible, in the process of selecting ingredients, give preference to young zucchini with soft peel.
